Ten simple ways to better mental health

1.       Eat healthy food – do a detox, drink more water and ditch the junk food for a week.
2.       Do exercise.
3.       Make a vision board.
4.       Speak to your loved ones.
5.       Do something fun.
6.       Be in nature.
7.       Go help at a charity.
8.       Start and end your day with gratitude and meditation.
9.       Give yourself small goals to achieve each week and do it.
10. Rest – give yourself permission to do nothing.
